We aren’t using tickets at the door this year. Your name will be on a list when you check in. So if you’ve already sent in your money without names of those attending, please send an email or give me a call with the names of those attending.
We have to have the money and total number attending by January 29, 2010. We have to pay Vintage Hall and the caterer in advance.
